Made in their Northamptonshire factory, using a specially sourced chrome-free leather supplied by Leeds-based tannery C. F. Stead, the shoe references the functional details of a British postal worker’s shoe from the Dr. Martens archive.
The MHL. 3-eyed shoe features flat unwaxed cotton laces, a double-stitched toe cap, padded heel collar and a leather heel tab. The supple grained oiled leather has a matte finish complimenting the black-on-black Goodyear welt stitching detailing and smoke grey colour of Dr. Martens unique air-cushioned sole.
