Try before you buy with Harper

Margaret Howell has partnered with Harper to offer the ease of online shopping, with the reassurance of trying your items at home before purchasing and only paying for what you decide to keep.

Harper offer two services depending on your location within the UK –

Try for 5 Days

Have your selection delivered to your home, pay only for what you keep, and return any unsuitable items within 5 days.

– Choose from Standard or Next Day delivery.

– The try on period begins once all pieces are delivered.

– Return any unsuitable items, in the condition that you received them within 5 days.

– After the 5 day period payment will be taken for any items you keep.

Please note – this service is available within the UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and the Channel Islands.

CONCIERGE

Have your selection delivered to your location by a Harpers Style Concierge at a date and time that suits you.

– Choose as date and time slot that suits you.

– Have a Margaret Howell trained Harpers Style Concierge come to you and choose between them offering styling advice or try on your items in privacy.

– Only pay for the items you keep.

Please note – the Concierge service is only available within Greater London.
