The polka dot is a signature Margaret Howell motif, the proportions and spacing of the spot constantly evolving over the years. The Flared Skirt has a regular, flared cut and is fabricated in fine lightweight plainweave cotton with a soft hand feel. The minimal design is constructed with concealed side pockets and a zip centre back fastening.
