The Dropped Waist Kilt has a regular cut and is fabricated in a lightweight wool blend with a fine, fluid hand feel, incorporating polyester to support the drape of the pleats. The full wrap skirt is constructed with a dropped waistband with stitched-on belt loops and a side button fastening. It features a contrast cotton lining at the inside of the waistband.
