FOX BROTHERS FOR MARGARET HOWELL

'I had never heard of Fox Brothers before I visited the British Woollen Mills trade show at London's Dorchester Hotel. This was in the late 1970s when I was just starting out. I saw an elderly gentleman sitting alone at a stand. He turned out to be Mr David Fox and seemed surprised that a young woman was interested in their products, but I knew right away from his own pinstripe suit as well as the fabric swatches that his Company was exactly what I was looking for. I have worked with Fox Brothers ever since. They remain faithful to their inherited expertise as a British company, still based in the town where they started 250 years ago, committed to making the best quality worsted and flannel suitings. These are values I respect.'
