Why should I open an account?

If you open an account you can securely store your payment, billing and dispatch details, making it easier to order. You can also join our mailing list to be notified of new items, Sale previews and other Margaret Howell events. Of course you can still order without opening an account.

How are my payment details stored?

All payment methods are stored via tokenization. Margaret Howell does not store actual payment card details.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay.

What if I wish to return all or part of the order?

We will refund or replace any item you wish to return. Please fill in the Returns Form provided, stating the reason. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item.

For faulty items we will refund any postage costs you have incurred. For exchanges we will not refund your postage but will not charge for postage of the replacement item.

What if I am interested in an item that isn't listed?

If the item in which you are interested is not listed please contact us at shop@margarethowell.co.uk 

Do you gift wrap?

Should you wish a specific or all items from a multiple order to be sent in its own box, please tick the ‘Gift Wrap’ box in the checkout page.

Can I send an item as a gift to someone at another address?

Yes, but one order cannot contain multiple delivery addresses so you will have to complete a separate order for another delivery address.
