Our DELIVER TO SHOP service is free of charge.
Shipping to all other addresses is free of charge for orders above £250 / €285
For orders below £250 / €285 the charge is -
£10 to UK
£14 / €15 standard or £23 / €25 express delivery to EU
£25 / €27 to non EU countries.
All EU orders are shipped inclusive of duties and tax. No further costs are payable when you receive your order.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt.
We do not ship to Japan or PO and BFPO addresses. We are currently unable to ship to Ukraine and Russia.
All items are shipped via DHL using their GoGreen Climate Neutral service.
We will refund any unworn or unused items purchased online and returned in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.
Please note items purchased online cannot be exchanged either online or in our shops. We are unable to accept returns of underwear or earrings.
