SYSTEMS MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Manager to manage the daily operation of the Company systems and to successfully manage third party supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational efficiency of Company Systems and end user support
- Work with department managers to develop programmes of work for third party suppliers and oversee execution to ensure timely delivery in accordance with department priorities
- Manage, with suppliers, the effective integration of Company systems
- Partner with department managers on reporting requirements and provision to ensure optimum utilisation of systems
- Manage systems audits and reviews of data storage infrastructure with third party suppliers; directing efficient use Companywide and aligning with the Company’s objectives for sustainable and ethical working practices
- Implement and manage systems procedures to maximise security of Company data and ensure compliance with the Company’s System and Communications Policy
- Work closely with the IT support company to maintain IT infrastructure; supporting with installations and configurations and assisting with onsite network troubleshooting and office issues as they arise
- Provide systems training for users and develop appropriate guides and training materials
Role Requirements
Essential
- Confident communicator with the ability to establish strong working relationships across all levels of the business
- A Level, NVQ, Degree in computer science
- Experienced in planning and project managing implementation of IT systems
- Experienced provider of technical support
- Advanced Excel (Data Model and Power Pivot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of ERP, POS & stock management systems
- Knowledge of SQL
Desirable
- Strong knowledge of SAP Business One and familiarity of DTW and BPA
- Experience of Integration development and management
- Knowledge of e-Commerce systems
- Accounting or financial background or demonstrable awareness

Hours
Full-time – 35 hours, Monday - Friday
