E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT – FULHAM ROAD



We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced E-Commerce Customer Service Assistant to work with the E-Commerce team

LOCATION

Fulham Road, SW3

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring timely and accurate response
  • resolve order and delivery issues
  • provide advice and information to customers about the collection
  • assist with online visual merchandising of the E-Commerce range
  • conduct regular stock and price checks

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • previous experience in high-end retail sales
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • good time-management skills along with the ability to multitask
  • highly organised and analytical, with a keen eye for detail
  • computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • an interest in womenswear, menswear and design

HOURS

Full-time – 35 hours
